In H1 2023, construction work began at Laisvės al. 60, in Kaunas, on the site of the former Merkurijus department store. Over the next few years, a three-block, 30,000 sqm, multi-functional complex will be built here.

The complex will combine conference, event, cultural, art and exhibition spaces, with recreation service operators, retail outlets, services, cafes and restaurants. The total scheduled area will be over 5,000 sqm.

It will include 48 luxury apartments over several floors, some with spectacular terraces, and 5,500 sqm of modern Class A+ office space.

Multi-functional complex will also boast a 130-room hotel from a world-renowned operator and two levels of underground parking.
