In Q3 2020, a new Lidl store opened in a multifunctional area of the city Kaunas, in the location with perhaps the most potential for development. The total area of the building occupied by the German food retailer located at Islandijos pl. 30, is 2,543 sqm.

Part of the Litvalda Group, AB Baltic Shopping Centers, whose real estate is managed by Baltic RED, a commercial real estate development and management company, invested €3 million in this project.
