In Q4 2022, the first DECATHLON store in Kaunas opened in a multifunctional area of the city Kaunas, in the location with perhaps the most potential for development. The total area of the building occupied by the French sports goods chain, is 3,600 sqm. A 145-space parking lot is located right next to the building.

Part of the Litvalda Group, AB Baltic Shopping Centers, whose real estate is managed by Baltic RED, a commercial real estate development and management company, invested €6 million in this project. The construction of the building was carried out by UAB STATMAX.
